They did a good job. There was a slight problem with the French drains, but they responded quickly and corrected it. The basement waterproofing was quick and effective. Unfortunately the flooring outside the work area was damaged and will have to be replaced.

Honest and trustworthy. Used reason and logic to explain the concerns and their approach was to do what was necessary based on their expertise. Other companies overcharge and try to confuse you with inaccurate assessments and want to do way more than needed. Basement Gurus in Lancaster was great to deal with.

Josh gave us a quote today, and he did a fabulous job. He was very professional, informative, and kind. Josh clearly explained everything that would be done from start to finish including an actual demonstration with the products that would be used. He was a stand up guy.
