We felt mislead by sales and had difficulty with the contractors who Gurus hired to complete the job. They were “okay” at best. The customer service team was responsive and helped make things right but if I had the choice to do it again, knowing what I know, I would choose a different organization.

We had been getting some water in our basement during rain storms, which led to some moisture build up. Basement Guru’s came out and put two new sub pumps as well as a French drain all around the floor. We now get no moisture or water in the basement at all. They were done the job in two days which was much faster than we expected.
