I had an amazing experience at the salon! Debrina was very friendly and gave me the perfect hair cut! The salon was also very well kept.
I cannot recommend Beauty Bar by Genesis highly enough! I am someone who visits hair salons very frequently, and I absolutely love experimenting with my hair. I’ve had practically every color of the rainbow, countless haircuts and styles, extensions, all-over bleaching, and just about every hair treatment you can imagine. I love changing my look, and I’m certainly no stranger to a salon chair!
I’ve been coming to Genesis for a year now, and I’ve had over 20 appointments with her in that time alone! Almost every appointment involves a new color, haircut, or style. What impresses me most is that despite how frequently I transform my hair, it has never been healthier.
When I first came to Genesis, my hair had suffered from years of frequent coloring and bleaching at other salons. It was dry, damaged, and prone to breakage. Genesis has completely transformed the health of my hair through her expertise, careful techniques, and thoughtful product recommendations.
Her attention to detail is truly exceptional. During bleaching appointments, she checks my foils individually every 10–15 minutes, carefully removing each one when it’s ready rather than allowing everything to process for the same amount of time. Having experienced salons where every foil stays in until the very end, I can tell you that this level of precision and care makes an enormous difference.
Genesis is also an absolutely wonderful person. She’s warm, down-to-earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her work. She takes her craft seriously, and her commitment to delivering beautiful results while protecting the integrity of her clients’ hair is evident in everything she does.
The salon itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has the feel of a luxury salon while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the complimentary drinks and snacks to the friendly environment, every detail contributes to a wonderful experience.
After years of visiting different salons and experimenting with my hair, Genesis has earned a level of trust that I don’t give easily. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair unless she personally recommended them, and I have complete confidence in the standards she maintains for the professionals working alongside her.
I truly cannot recommend Beauty Bar by Genesis enough. Whether you’re looking for a simple refresh or a complete hair transformation, this is the kind of salon where you can feel confident that your hair is in exceptionally capable hands. Finding a stylist who combines this level of technical expertise, creativity, precision, and genuine care is rare. Genesis was able to get me in a seat earlier than scheduled so that was exciting. I showed her a picture of a cut I wanted and she was able to advise me on what would work best for my lifestyle which is that I don't style my hair often so low maintenance style would be better. I trusted her, however she made sure I liked the length of my curtain bangs and trim.
She made quick work of my hair and it turned out amazing and exactly as I wanted!! Very pleased.
They don't take tap to pay, but they accept Zelle!
I will be coming back for further cuts and some other color services next time.
