Customers praise Beaver Tree Works for professional tree removal, stump grinding, and firewood delivery, noting efficient cleanup, fair pricing, and reliable scheduling for most jobs. However, recurring complaints in low-star reviews highlight significant communication failures, including missed calls, unreturned messages, and missed appointment windows that led to service cancellations.

This was our second time using Beaver Tree Works, and we called them because they were great a few years ago. Knowledgeable friendly, quick to repond, and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!
Did a great job removing 2 trees. Very efficient and cleaned up areas where trees were removed, left no debris. Workers were professional and respectful of my property.
Great work and service. Very fair pricing. Our second time using them and will continue for all our tree work needs!
They came out promptly and took down 5 trees on my property, one of which was pretty large and I figured would make a huge mess. They left absolutely zero evidence of ever having been here, other than getting rid of my dead trees! Very happy with their work, would strongly recommend to anyone looking to have trees removed.
Peter and his crew always do a stellar job. The only crew we will hire for our tree work. They have cut down, removed trees for us and ground stumps. They've worked in some tough spots and were able to manage it with ease. They do a super good job with clean up as well. Thank you, as always!
Just had these folks come in and take care of 5-6 very large pines and oaks in back of my house. Very pleased with the results. Nearby hollys and other trees were not damaged and the cleanup was as instructed. They stacked the hardwood for me for our fireplace. I will be calling them again!

I’ve been going to Beaver street Works for years for mulch, woodchips and firewood. And they’ve helped me with taking logs away from jobs too. They always treat me well. Pete does great work.”
The one place that returned calls and was on top of their game between two big snow storms!!! Seasoned fire wood success! Gonna def use them for any tree issues as well. 5 stars easy
