She genuinely wants you to be happy with the final product and shows the design before embroidery starts so you can approve everything. That extra care makes such a difference. Highly recommend this place for custom work. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Review from Google · view on GoogleFor years the only place I would consider going was Bee's. Bee was so kind and always went the extra mile. But now that her children took it over everything is impersonal and no flexibility and the wait time expensive if you want anything before 2 weeks even if it's 10 days they charge you a $10 up charge. In today's world it takes customer service friendliness and flexibility to keep your clients. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and have a kind personable attitude like Nola tailoring then to be treated like just another number. Your reply reflects that you would of course for $10 more do the alteration in 10 days versus 14 but then go on to say they are not going to inconvenience others however they will inconvenience others for another $10. Mind you I'm not asking for a next day repair most reputable alteration is find 10 days to be acceptable without a surcharge. My business will go elsewhere where I'm appreciated and they don't find 10 days to be an expedited alteration but rather a fair turnaround time.

Thank you for your feedback, Donna. We are a small, family-run business and are fortunate to stay very busy. Our current turnaround time is approximately two weeks, and we are upfront about that when accepting work. Over the years, Bee has often gone above and beyond to accommodate customers, sometimes at her own expense. As she has gotten older and we are short-staffed, we’ve had to establish more consistent policies to keep the workload manageable and fair to everyone. For customers who need something sooner, we offer an optional $10 rush service - pending on garment. That fee allows us to rearrange our scheduled workload and prioritize an order ahead of customers already waiting. We truly appreciate our longtime customers, but being flexible for one customer should not come at the expense of others who are already in line.
