Every experience I have with Kira has been awesome! I've been coming to her for years and she is an absolute artist when it comes to styling a man’s hair. Michael is amazing and always does a fabulous job cutting my hair. The only thing I wish is that the techs that wash hair would be trained better as I don’t feel like they always get my hair clean and they never massage my scalp.
All the women at the front desk are friendly and cheerful upon my arrival and when I check out. Mikyalah always does a wonderful job with my highlights and haircut.

I drive to Knoxville from Chattanooga to get the Ouidad cut— a game-changer for my thick, course, curly hair. I highly recommend Kira. She is not only skilled as a stylist, but she always asks questions about the state of my hair, listens to my concerns and then translates that to my haircut. On top of all that, she is a delightful person!
Nicole did a great job. She was filling in for Amber, but ended up doing a wonderful Nicole cut all her own. Plus a nice hot towel for my face during the rinse-off at the end.

Makayla did a fabulous job with my hair and was very personable. The nail tech who did My man/pedi was adequate but not more. The finished product was ok but she did not remove the old polish on my nails just added new polish over it. I will go schedule more appointments with Makayla for my hair but will ask for a different nail tech next time.
