Michael is amazing and always does a fabulous job cutting my hair. The only thing I wish is that the techs that wash hair would be trained better as I don’t feel like they always get my hair clean and they never massage my scalp.

I drive to Knoxville from Chattanooga to get the Ouidad cut— a game-changer for my thick, course, curly hair. I highly recommend Kira. Makayla did a fabulous job with my hair and was very personable. The nail tech who did My man/pedi was adequate but not more. The finished product was ok but she did not remove the old polish on my nails just added new polish over it. I will go schedule more appointments with Makayla for my hair but will ask for a different nail tech next time.

I had a fantastic experience at Belleza! I wasn't completely satisfied with the lightness and tone of my hair after I received a highlight. They were incredibly accommodating and worked on fixing my hair until it was exactly how I envisioned!

Pretty disappointed with this haircut. Kind of unbelievable how bad it is considering what the price and quality is supposed to be here. I asked for it to be longer in the front which I get done all the time and never had it turn out like this in many years of getting this haircut.
