Annie was great. Very considerate of my needs and expectations, firm with the deep tissue massage and gentle when she needed to be. I would book with her again in a heartbeat! (August12) Another excellent massage with Annie this past week (October 7). Highly recommend her!

I got a 60min Swedish massage and it was lovely. I’ve been going to Belleza for massages, facials and waxing for years and always have a great experience. Their spa services are top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Knoxville for a massage.

Massage was amazing! Hair stylist did not listen well to requests or check on length of hair or layers as he went. Also, he did not style my hair upon the completion of the cut & dry.

had a massage, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I requested a strong deep tissue, but it was not as firm as I had hoped. It seemed like the therapist lacked the necessary strength and technique, as the same motions were repeated for the entire hour. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for me. 👎

I have been going to Belleza for years and love the staff. They are always so pleasant and do a magnificent job. I have worked with many of the professionals over the years, but am loyal to the ones that are still there and I have been blessed to have pampered me for ears. Mary is the absolute best esthetician and Betsy is a wonderful stylist.
