This was the yearly inspection. He checked the bathrooms, outside faucets, clothes washer, drained the water heater (no problem) garbage disposal ( was a little sluggish), determined that the dishwasher leaking was from a bad seal. Great job. Nice and friendly.
They came for the regular inspection and found some areas of concern. They explained the issues, gave us a timeline and completed the repairs in less time than stated. They were efficient, put everything back and corrected the problems.

This is the second time that Quentin has come out. He has always been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had to replace 2 outdoor faucets in extreme heat. He did have an assistant today to help. He completed the mission with a smile and good sense of humor despite the heat and humidity. Ben Franklin is excellent but they ain’t cheap.

I failed to cancel my annual contract service when I sold my condo in February--because I thought my buyer would desire pick it up, they did not. Accordingly, I was billed for several months while I away in my new home. Its my fault, I wish I had remembered to cancel earlier.
The new tankless water heater was installed quickly with almost no disruption to those of us who were working from home.
