Great service!! Jarred was awesome.
I have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for several years now, and I am always pleased with the high-quality of service I receive. To a technician, they have been courteous, with high knowledge of their trade and what can and cannot be done (I asked if an outdoor faucet could be moved and the tech explained why it…
Jesse came to remove my Pot Filler Faucet and an outdoor hose valve that had stopped working. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the work.
Jeremy was on time. Very friendly, thorough and explained what the inspection included. He helped with a shower issue. I decided to go ahead and replace my garbage disposal which you’ve recommended many times. Everything was done efficiently!
Jeremy was helpful, prompt and did a great job!
John was on time both visits and quickly figured out the problem. Came back and installed new faucet and fixed all my issues!
Ruan did a great job
Fast, friendly, professional service!
Great company. I have used them for 10 years now.
First, your company is the best and only plumbing company I use. Brandon is the best and he taught me some things. Whatever you are paying him it needs to be more. A+A+...
Very helpful and friendly. Gave lots of instruction and advice.
Franklin plumber came out to evaluate the reason my pilot light went out on the water heater. Decided to replace 12 year old water heater and install flexible piping for dishwasher. All work done well and quickly.
I have used this company for years. I would highly recommend them. Today Matt did my entire home inspection and some work on a toilet.
They performed an annual inspection of all plumbing in my home. They have provided service to us in our last four homes. All of the services listed above have been performed and they have installed a tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system. They also provide service to our children in their…
Matt was very professional and courteous. It was a little on the expensive side but he did an excellent job.
I can always count on Benjamin Moore to provide exceptional service, I highly recommend! My tech Colton showed up on time and efficiently replaced my kitchen and shower fixtures.
Graham was polite and efficient. He did a great job.
OMGGGGGGGG!!!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!😘😘💗💗 I called them at 7am. At my house by 9am. Done replacing rusted old bath tub pipes and cleaned up! Didn't track my white carpet at all! And were DONE at 11am! BF y'all ROCK!!!!💯
Ryan is an experienced professional who quickly repaired my dripping kitchen faucet. I always request Ryan when I have a plumbing issue. He has installed my water heater, replaced a garbage disposal, fixed running toilets, replaced toilet shut off valves, and repaired several faucets. Call Ben Franklin Plumbing and request Ryan Marx today!
John R. did a fantastic job! Replaced 3 toilets, installed 2 new bathroom faucets, and fixed a leaky outside hydrant. Will definitely use Ben Franklin again.
Always have had a great experience with the Benjamin Franklin team!
Matt took the time to explain things thoroughly and completely; and gave me time to make decisions.
Personable excellent service
Colton and his support were very efficient and very helpful.
This was the yearly inspection. He checked the bathrooms, outside faucets, clothes washer, drained the water heater (no problem) garbage disposal ( was a little sluggish), determined that the dishwasher leaking was from a bad seal. Great job. Nice and friendly.
They came for the regular inspection and found some areas of concern. They explained the issues, gave us a timeline and completed the repairs in less time than stated. They were efficient, put everything back and corrected the problems.
I'll certainly recommend you to others.
Very professional tech. Pleased with work. Thank you
Dakotah is by far the best yet. He was exceptional. He genuinely cares about the customer and the service! Above and beyond. Want him every time we need service. Thanks so much.
Our plumber Dakota, was very patient and informative. He gave preventative measures to follow to keep systems functioning well. No shortcuts or evasive methods we were very pleased with the timely service and inspection conducted today. FIVE STARS!
Graham was pleasant all the above and we appreciated him. We will ask for him any further help we might need. Thanks
I am very pleased with the service and excellent customer communication. Graham was efficient, explained his work clearly, and provided me detailed information about my old water heater so that I could make an informed decision about replacing it.
Matt did an amazing job handling out plumbing issue. Highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing
Dakota was very professional, on time, and thorough. He explained patiently his thought process and how he came to his conclusions. We were very pleased with the experience.
Our sink had a leak in the faucet. BF sent out Quentin, who arrived in a timely fashion. Quickly and accurately, he diagnosed that our faucet was broken and we needed a new one. I was really impressed with the speed and professionalism of BF plumbing. I will use them again.
Helped trouble shoot our touchless faucet and came back to make adjustments. Quality young man. Good service!
Fast, Clean, Thorough and all Units working properly! No one can ask for more!
This is the second time that Quentin has come out. He has always been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had to replace 2 outdoor faucets in extreme heat. He did have an assistant today to help. He completed the mission with a smile and good sense of humor despite the heat and humidity. Ben Franklin is excellent but they ain’t cheap.
Great work and courteous!
Scheduling was quick and easy. Quality work.
Did an amazing job!
We have used Benjamin Franklin a few times now. Their service is unmatched! You really get what you pay for with the customer service and warranties on all repairs. Colton has come to do 3 repairs for us and he is very knowledgeable and always gives us a couple options and costs upfront. Highly recommend their services!
$300 to install a faucet that we provided. It took the plumber 5 to 10 minutes to complete the job. Completely outrageous pricing.
Beware! This company only wants your money and they overcharge. They came to look at something that was a super easy fix of a spicet that needed a seal. They were going to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. They stand there and still charge you a service fee of 69$ for just standing there and telling me I…
Colton showed up on time and did excellent work. Would use again.
Outside faucet bursted and got stuck in the wall. It was a tough job, but he did it professionally!!
Gary is very professional and patient. I recommend Ben Franklin for all plumbing services.
Colton was my service technician and he was outstanding. He was professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Ben Franklin plumbing to all my friends and family.
I've used them twice and they are prompt, fast and professional. Definitely recommend.
Tyler was very professional and did a very good job in a short period of time for the tasks we needed to have done!
My 12 year old water heater broke down and they were able to replace it the next day after contacting them. I have an older house and it was good working with their experts to modernize and correct a previous "handyman's special" and do what that was best for the house.
Technician Colton was on time, professional, and did an exceptional job at installing a P-Trap and water diverting faucet in our guest bathroom. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Quality work is always appreciated.
Erik did an outstanding job. Responsive, spoke well of his company, cleaned up after job, and listened to this old gal ramble the whole time he was here. (Same dependable service) Explained everything. Very knowledgeable. Have used before numerous times and will use again if needed. Ty, B.F.
Incredible company. Jan at the office, Scott in sales and the entire crew of technicians are all top-notch. Incredibly responsive to urgent needs, they do great work and are a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Jan for working us in so quickly to their schedule for the urgent needs…
Great people to do business with.
I failed to cancel my annual contract service when I sold my condo in February--because I thought my buyer would desire pick it up, they did not. Accordingly, I was billed for several months while I away in my new home. Its my fault, I wish I had remembered to cancel earlier.
The new tankless water heater was installed quickly with almost no disruption to those of us who were working from home.
BFP is my go to. Always happy with the work.
Good work Presented well, An asset to your Company
Professional
No nonsense and very professional. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely.
Amazing work and clean up, and our technician was just absolutely so sweet and knowledgeable, and didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions while he worked! Great job!!!!
This was the second time Quentin has serviced our plumbing needs, and he was as punctual, polite, and professional as ever. He had a colleague with him, named Joe who was equally so. B Franklin is a bit pricey but so far, I’ve never had to second guess the service we’ve received. I guess you really do get what you…
The Technician, Chris boon, did a great job , very knowledgable and professional. He was awesome, I will request him every time.
Extremely professional and quick with high quality. Will use again.
They replaced water filters and checked water filter system. Excellent job, showed up on time wearing masks and completed the job quickly. Very pleased with overall service.
Daniel did a good job. He explained each important step carefully. He was conscious of COVID precautions. He cleaned up messes as they occurred. He worked efficiently. He anticipated consumer concerns.
Chris Boone was FANTASTIC!!! He had to stay longer than expected due to some unexpected issues that come along with an old house and plumbing. He was so nice about it and never showed any frustration and although I was frustrated with the way the house wasn't taken care of prior to our purchase, he offered the…
Zach did a great job and is a great asset to your company. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
