Had an issue with an outside faucet that broke and was leaking. They came out a few hours after calling and despite the faucet being in a very awkward space, Tyler was very thorough and quickly resolved the issue. Not the cheapest out there but Tyler's customer service was spot on and worth a little extra.

This is the second time that Quentin has come out. He has always been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had to replace 2 outdoor faucets in extreme heat. $269.00 to put a washer on an outside faucet that was dripping. He started at $750 and wanted to cut ceiling in basement open to replace entire faucet when all it needed was a new rubber grommet. 25 mins and 10 cents in parts came to $269. I would not ever call them back
