He arrived early and did a great job. Fast and efficient. Thank you
Jessy was great. Very personable and got the job done quick. Priced seems high but I guess that everything these days.
I had a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Jessy came out to diagnose my outdoor spigot, which was pushing water back into the garage. He removed the faucet assembly, identified the crack caused by February’s freeze, and explained why the frost‑proof model failed despite having a winter bib. He was…
Jessie Bowman was prompt. We were fearing a water leak somewhere. Jesse checked everywhere outdoors and under the house. Could not find anything wrong. He checked the 3 compressor, all working. He then did the yearly inspection of our "Hot Water on Demand" system. Would welcome Jessee back any time.
Fred and Charles were consummate professionals. They arrived right on time and completed the job efficiently and to our satisfaction. John R. was great with providing an original diagnosis and Scott T. was super helpful with providing a quote and scheduling. We have used Ben Franklin in the past with similar…
I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing (and I often do). Joe is very professional with a sense of humor and takes time to make sure things are done properly. He completed several repairs along with our annual inspection. Always a positive experience.
They performed an annual inspection of all plumbing in my home. They have provided service to us in our last four homes. All of the services listed above have been performed and they have installed a tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system. They also provide service to our children in their…
Fred’s experience is unmatched and it only took him less than an hour to find the mysterious water leak that other experts were unable to find. Work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
I am thrilled with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! It is easy to schedule an appointment, they come on time, do a great job and are polite and friendly. They came the next morning after our pipe burst during the recent ice storm and put in our new water heater a few days later. I can’t say enough good…
Great service. He was very professional and replaced a leaking toilet and worn out part causing a drip from the shower head.
Great service, timely and helpful giving preventive maintenance tips
Gary did an excellent job replacing an outdated outdoor faucet! Defiantly worth the call! We are very pleased with Ben Franklin plumbing. I would highly recommend!
Great service technician. Genuinely listened and addressed all my concerns. A valued asset to any plumbing business! John is true professional.
They took care of my anxiety and answered all my questions. They had to come back and take care of an issue. Everything is fine now. Great job these guys did. Austen Goodman was my plumber and he was the nicest and very helpful to me. I will be wanting Austen for all my work. Very professional and polite young man.
John R. did a fantastic job! Replaced 3 toilets, installed 2 new bathroom faucets, and fixed a leaky outside hydrant. Will definitely use Ben Franklin again.
Chris came and diagnosed our problem for us and even though we didn't elect to have him fix the problem, he waived our service fee bc we just had some major work done from them. Chris was super friendly and took the time to give us our options and a few moments to discuss them before making a decision. Any time we…
Scott Thomas was my advisor and he told me everything to know about a tankless water heating system. He was thorough and answered all of my questions very patiently. Installation is before the end of the week! (My current heater is fine but could die sometime soon). I have used B. Franklin many times and they are…
Colton was professional and courteous. Found and fixed issues same day.
Worked hard and explained options. Ryan and Jose
Friendly, quick service with fantastic office help!
We have lived in our 35+-year-old home for 25+ years, and believe me, we have had our share of water and septic issues and have worked with many plumbing companies. Ben Franklin has been our plumber for about the past 15 years. They are courteous and professional, but the most important thing is, they know what…
Very satisfied with the work done! Appreciated willingness to make a needed repair under the house during extreme heat.
Matt did a phenomenal job!
Technician was on time and I appreciate that, I felt he listened to my issues, asked appropriate questions, gave me options and let me decide what course to take. The job was done efficiently and Tyler (technician) patiently explained what he did to myself and then to my spouse thoroughly and gave us some best…
Tyler was super professional, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the repairs in terms we could understand. We love using Benjamin Franklin plumbing and appreciate the service and support they’ve provided us over the years.
John was great! Very professional! My husband thought we needed a new kitchen faucet but he said we just needed a new part for the old one.
They haven't actually come and done the work yet but Scott was informative and very personable and he really liked the plumbing that I did myself to my house lol

Very professional & went above & beyond to get our water restored as quickly as possible.
Rather unfortunately had two major plumbing issues in a week (completely separate problems), and each time Benjamin Franklin provided quick and efficient service. You have a customer for life!
Colton came out and inspected everything I had concerns about and gave me tons of great info. He was super nice and incredibly professional. He gave me a great breakdown of everything that should be addressed and gave me honest info on what was highest priority and what could wait. Great overall experience and…
Scott, Jack and their crews were the absolute best! They got all our plumbing needs replaced in an extremely professional manner.
About 5 years ago this company installed a new sewer line from the house piping to the city main. They also installed a new water line from the house to the meter. They put in a cleanout pipe too by my house. These guys are SO Professional and don't mind how many questions you ask. Last week I called because the…
