Jeremy did a great job and patiently explained everything. Thank you!
I had a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Jessy came out to diagnose my outdoor spigot, which was pushing water back into the garage. He removed the faucet assembly, identified the crack caused by February’s freeze, and explained why the frost‑proof model failed despite having a winter bib. He was…
Jessie Bowman was prompt. We were fearing a water leak somewhere. Jesse checked everywhere outdoors and under the house. Could not find anything wrong. He checked the 3 compressor, all working. He then did the yearly inspection of our "Hot Water on Demand" system. Would welcome Jessee back any time.

John was on time, curtious and listened to my concerns about a few minor issues with our plumbing. He throughly checked the entire home, and discovered where a tub faucet was leaking, which he repaired. Having a yearly inspection done is worth the time. Thanks for helping to keep our plumbing working properly.

Brian did an amazing job figuring out some difficult problems with my plumbing. issues. He and his hard working partners made a difficult situation, bearable for me. Thank you Brian
This was the yearly inspection. He checked the bathrooms, outside faucets, clothes washer, drained the water heater (no problem) garbage disposal ( was a little sluggish), determined that the dishwasher leaking was from a bad seal. Great job. Nice and friendly.

Ryan is great! Always professional, kind, on time and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
We have lived in our 35+-year-old home for 25+ years, and believe me, we have had our share of water and septic issues and have worked with many plumbing companies. Ben Franklin has been our plumber for about the past 15 years. They are courteous and professional, but the most important thing is, they know what…
He replaced my kitchen faucet which was causing the water pressure out of the nozzle to be slow. He was great and very personable.

Neal with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the best plumbing technician I've ever dealt with. Matt did an amazing job handling out plumbing issue. Highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing
Dakota was very professional, on time, and thorough. He explained patiently his thought process and how he came to his conclusions. We were very pleased with the experience.
They done professional work!! Excellent
I'm honestly disappointed. My parents and I have used them for years, so when the water department told me that I might have a leak they were my first call. Our technician didn't seem like he wanted to be there. We told him the issue explained that our toilets run periodically, that we had no change in water…
Awesome professional, quick response and technical knowledge to offer a better solution to solve the issue. Would recommend his again.
Called to investigate a suspected leak in our bathroom. They arrived within an hour of calling, helped us identify the problem, and recommended other professionals to assist. Very positive experience overall.
I would give this place 7 stars if I could! The admin was very professional upon receiving my call. I was informed of the service charge upfront, no hidden fees. I’m so impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. Quentin was a perfect representative for your company, and I just received a comment from my tenant saying that she would recommend him 100%. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and gave excellent explanations.
Ryan Marx was professional and honest. He understood what needed to be fixed and did it in a timely manner. He explained the issues in a way that I would understand it. They left the work area clean when they were done. Excellent technician!
Wonderful
Service was professional but extremely expensive. I cannot afford to use them again. My bill was over $600 to tighten 2 bolts and replace a pipe ring. The actual service took less than 30 minutes to do everything
Colton was awesome. Will request next time for any service we need. Came out next day
Benjamin Franklin is the company I trust for all of my plumbing needs. They’ve helped me out with multiple plumbing issues over the years. They’ve often had to fix work done by other plumbing companies. The price is a little more than other places, but it’s worth it to know that the job is getting done right!
Alex was very professional and courteous. Alex explained things clearly and concise.
Very professional. Detected problem and resolved promptly. Even suggested ways to save.
Totally disappointed with the service provided for our water leak detection in our front yard. They charged us $79 just to come and check the issue but ended up not giving us a proper estimate on how to fix it. They just gave a partial estimate on digging the place but not how to fix it. We just lost $79 and ended up with no real estimates.
The plumber that came to my house was very professional. Unfortunately the prices were ridiculous! They wanted almost $900 to install a new faucet $450 if I purchased the faucet myself. Needless to say, I did not use them for my repair.
Have used Benjamin Franklin for years. Very professional, show up on time, jobs are done quickly and professionally. They installed and have been maintaining our tankless water heater. Very reliable and have never had an issue with getting a service appointment scheduled. In my mind - a good value for the money.…
On time, polite, professional, experienced, not inexpensive. Would highly recommend
Beware! This company only wants your money and they overcharge. They came to look at something that was a super easy fix of a spicet that needed a seal. They were going to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. They stand there and still charge you a service fee of 69$ for just standing there and telling me I…
Colton showed up on time and did excellent work. Would use again.
Adam and Aiden came out to inspect a possible sewer leak. They were very professional, courteous, transparent and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They honestly made my morning working with them. There’s a lot of evil in the world and we as humans have to surround ourselves with good people….. and this…
Very business like and very detailed with the service call.

Gary was very professional and explained to me the problem in a way I understood.
Very timely, communicated well, professional, respectful and knowledgeable
I was so thankful that they were able to come out and repair an outdoor leak I found right before the big snow storm was supposed to come. I truly appreciate it, the technician was great and knew right away what the problem was. Very professional and quick repair.
About 5 years ago this company installed a new sewer line from the house piping to the city main. They also installed a new water line from the house to the meter. They put in a cleanout pipe too by my house. These guys are SO Professional and don't mind how many questions you ask. Last week I called because the…
Colton was on time and professional. Very informative and a pleasure to speak with. He fixed a leak in the described time quoted and didn't mind me hovering asking questions. Ben franklin definitely isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. There are a lot of unscrupulous plumbers out there but I wouldn't…
Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. He provided great work and timeliness.
Jason did a great job and kept me informed of everything he was doing and the cost involved. I highly recommend Jason and Ben Franklin. We have been Ben Franklin Club members for years and have never had a bad experience.
Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable and skilled in fixing my issue. He took time to listen and gave me alternative fixes. Thanks Tyler for a great job done. Sincerely Wayne Thompson
Quentin and Joe were extremely thorough, charged us a fair rate due to a new issue and a repair to a previous visit. Both were a pleasure to interact with during their work. They also helped resolve some expected issues with a prior washer install that the washer installers wouldn’t address. We used BF many times…
We love Ben Franklin Plumbing and have used them for years. They come so quickly when we call! We also use the monthly service.
My technician , Colton Rehorn was extremely professional. I always get good service from this company
