Franklin plumber came out to evaluate the reason my pilot light went out on the water heater. Decided to replace 12 year old water heater and install flexible piping for dishwasher. All work done well and quickly.

This was the yearly inspection. He checked the bathrooms, outside faucets, clothes washer, drained the water heater (no problem) garbage disposal ( was a little sluggish), determined that the dishwasher leaking was from a bad seal. Great job. Nice and friendly.
