This was the yearly inspection. He checked the bathrooms, outside faucets, clothes washer, drained the water heater (no problem) garbage disposal ( was a little sluggish), determined that the dishwasher leaking was from a bad seal. Great job. Nice and friendly.

We have annual inspections completed along with being a member of their club. We were already aware that we needed a shower valve replaced. It was fixed during the visit and he did a great job.
Was on time and did fix the problem. The work unfortunately cost twice the price of what it should have been. 488.00 for 20 minutes inside to do the job is crazy. Won't use Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the future. Got me once and never again. Billed me for two hours labor. So wrong.
