Had a recirculating pump go bad on my tankless water heater. Called Benjamin Plumbing on Monday, they were able to come out the same day, diagnose the problem, ordered the pump and had it fixed on Wednesday. Very fast service. Jessy did a great job diagnosing and replacing the pump.

I’ve been using Ben Franklin Plumbing for 6 years now. Their gal who answers your call to them is the best. Great service. Their techs are always polite and do great work. I always recommend them to my friends. I once used Hiller but they are pure crap!! So I switched to Ben Franklin and I’ve had great service with this company.

Our technician Steve came to service (descale) our tankless hot water heater, and address a couple other concerns we had with a leaky faucet in the bathtub and shower. Although they were responsive and made sincere attempts, despite expense and repeated visits, they never solved my problem (which was intermittent periods of no hot water) and they simply gave up. I turned to one of their competitors who correctly diagnosed the problem (a faulty water heater) and fixed it straight away.
