I found Berkeys to be a well-qualified business to repair my plumbing problem. Customer Service agents were polite and efficient, and my job was scheduled promptly. The assigned repair person arrived on time and was able to fault isolate the problem in a professional manner. Repair was completed in a timely manner.
The process was very easy. I was pleased we could get the water heater installed in one day. Everyone involved was courteous. They explained the process. I would recommend Berkeys for those needing a water heater replaced.
Coe did a super job and he explained every step to this senior citizen in terms I could understand!

I had a water leak so I called Berkeys. I found the leak right before the tech showed up. We reviewed the sink repair I was attempting and the tech advised it was quite a job to tackle without any know how. Sure enough the tech had to do a lot more than I would have been able to do on my own.
Michael was the plumber who came out to help me with a faucet replacement . Water in laundry room would not turn off and he replaced both for me in a short time .
