I wasn’t happy with the service & canceled in August but have been charged twice, talked to numerous agents and still have not been refunded or had the service canceled. I signed a contract, they take my money and perform no services. When I called them I have unlimited and was told they would be out once a month, Like crooks taking money and not performing services
