Barrett Pest Control is a scam operation run by people who have zero integrity. I called and requested cancellation. They told me it was canceled. We did not receive a phone call letting us know when the exterminator was enroute however we happened to be present when the exterminator arrived. He was very polite and efficient and quickly treated both inside and outside of our home that is almost rebuilt after a fire. Good company to work with.
