Decided to use Berret pest control over the weekend and I definitely regret using them. This company charged my card for services that they did not provide and refused to refund my money back. I also requested to speak with a supervisor and still no one has called me back. Worse pest control service ever. I would not use them again.
Lucy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with! She had excellent communication and followed through on every task I requested of her. She was a pleasure to deal with in helping me with our most recent project and I look forward to working with her again. Thank you!
