Nothing wrong with the caller. The mosquito exterminator broke the appointment because "construction prevented him from accessing our house." I ran errands all day, and the closest construction was at the park. I could turn both directions in and out of the neighborhood. AND she booked it for 5 days later because he bailed. Sad.

Berrett place receptacles that would attract mosquitoes to kill them and their larvae to stop the reproduction of new mosquitoes. They serviced the receptacles as needed. I saw a reduction of mosquitoes around my home and was very happy with the results.
We have used Berrett for years now and have never had any issues. We had Marcos come out to spray our house inside and out. He was very professional and great customer service. He communicated with us before and after he provided the service. I highly recommend Marcos with Berrett.
