I'm happy with this company so far. Every tech that has come to my home has been friendly and efficient. We have a rodent problem in an old house and I called around a few places before I chose this company, I'm glad I did. Recommend for sure.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Berrett Pest Control. Austin always does a thorough job and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Bought a new build in emerging community. Had no idea the pest problem would be this overwhelming. Called Berrett Pest Control and received same day service! The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend them going forward!
Used for pest control- Booking was easy (and great banter on the phone), Chris came and did a great job. Was engaging and gave me both logical expectations on the timing of treatment to be effective and clear guidance / assurance on when to call for a re-spray if results aren’t as expected.
super knowledgeable and just overall great tech. thank you
Horrible service!! Only 1 bait box had bait in it. Lazy & careless technicians! We made a bad decision choosing Berrett!! Matthew will argue with you like you're telling him a lie. He should not be a manager!!
Berrett does a great job of service.
James Hubbard was exceptional! He provided knowledge and insight into my problem and help secure my perimeter! He is awesome!
