Berrett responds whenever we have a need. They even spray for fire ants! Their service is so worth the money.
Just started the service yesterday on my brand new home and I was not home. The service tech called and I was not home and asked the outside to be treated. Before I could call , the customer service called and made an appointment for the inside. Happy with their service so far.

Been a customer for years. With their subscription, you get quarterly service and spraying around your house and you can call anytime and they’ll send a tech at no additional charge. About 50% of the time I can get somebody the same day. Otherwise, it’s usually in a day or two that they can come out and take care of the problem.
