Barrett has great communication and rapid responses to any of my text or messages!
We love berrett! Always helpful always willing to go the extra mile.
We've used them for years. Not super happy with them not being able to tell me a time frame for our appointment though. This is new
We love Berrett! They are so helpful and do a great job every time. The customer service is top tier! Would highly recommend.
Very prompt and courteous scheduling.
Initial treatment took care of my issue with the ants. Anderson, Jaiden, and Arturo have all been amazing at communicating with me, easing my anxieties, and retreating at last minute. I got the unlimited monthly plan because I hate pests. Twelve days after my first treatment, I saw a couple earwigs and called last…
We had Barrett Pest Control come out for a pretty nasty red ant problem, and they did an awesome job. Scheduling was incredibly easy, they showed up on time, and the technician took the time to explain everything they were doing and what to expect. The treatment was thorough, and we’ve already noticed a huge…
Berrett responds whenever we have a need. They even spray for fire ants! Their service is so worth the money.
Just started the service yesterday on my brand new home and I was not home. The service tech called and I was not home and asked the outside to be treated. Before I could call , the customer service called and made an appointment for the inside. Happy with their service so far.
I have been using Berrett for pest control for 5 years. I like the fact that if anything is missed during a quarterly service, I can get someone out quickly to re-treat. The rep who handled my call today was very polite and understanding.
Red was very helpful and was able to reschedule us though we called on the day of service .
Tanner Johnston was a fantastic terminator! He came to my home with knowledge and determination! He was ready for mission impossible and was a great representative of Berrett’s values! This was my first time hiring exterminator services after a nightmare ant infestation! Kinda felt like the ants owed me rent as…
DO NOT go with Berrett pest control. Horrible customer service. They sprayed on one of our outlet that damaged our machine. We put a damage claim and they denied saying it’s not their fault when it happened right in-front of us and our employee. The person handling our case was Deanna. I was trying to explain what…
Excellent service, and follow through.
Kaitlyn was professional and very sweet. She assisted me with a billing issue which was resolved immediately.
I recently contracted Berrett Pest Control and it's been a great experience. Desmond (the technician) was very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring we had the best service possible. He was very thorough in his approach and even offered some suggestions on what I could do as a resident that would help. While…
Friendly and helpful
I had a good experience getting my quarterly pest treatment switch to a different day. Tech was very helgful.
The customer service is good but their bug formula isn't. Never have I ever had to call a pest control company to come out this much. Yes, when they first came out it rain a whole lot so I gave grace. They charged a monthly fee and used our water outside (for something, I don't remember what reason was given) and…
Been a customer for years. With their subscription, you get quarterly service and spraying around your house and you can call anytime and they’ll send a tech at no additional charge. About 50% of the time I can get somebody the same day. Otherwise, it’s usually in a day or two that they can come out and take care of the problem.
Customer service is excellent
Mike was awesome! He answered all my questions and gave me tips to help keep pesky gnats away. He's extremely knowledgeable and definitely set my nerves at ease about the process. So glad we found Berrett!

Great service experience
Karen was very friendly and helpful! Great job!.
Spiders were so bad, the tech suggested a follow up visit. When I called the office, Karen clarified why they wanted to schedule the follow up. The follow up is done at no extra charge to me, so I really appreciated the companies diligence to insure those pests leave my house. I have been with this company…

Linda was a pleasure to deal with.
We’ve had Pest Control services for over 30 years. This is the most comprehensive and detailed we’ve ever experienced. The family that referred Berrett to us has been using them for over 20 years. I know why! The customer service is incredible.
Letha was amazing to work with. Kind and thorough. They were able to get out same day I called after finding out my wife had been bitten by a brown recluse.
We are 100% happy with Barrett pest control. We will recommend to others. Thank you
I was disappointed in the service and knowledge of the pests. I've had pest control before and it was more thorough. One good thing as I was cancelling was the care and concern provided by LaSonya. She made a positive impression so I wish I dealt with her before.
Every time I call customer service everyone so helpful
Berret has always been timely and professional. We appreciate them so much!
Customer service was nice.
I like everything about it. I’ve been using Berrett for at least five years. Their office staff has always been so very helpful when I’ve had questions or was confused about something. I cannot imagine not ever using Barrett. I highly recommend them for their professionalism. The office person who helped me today,…

Called in to set up a time for the exterminator to come out to spray for crickets. Spoke with Shan and she was very pleasant and scheduled me for the first available time, which is in 2 days! I’m very pleased with the response and quick time frame. I have been very pleased with my dealings with Berrett’s since…
Always respond to my requests for specific pest control needs.
I have been using Berrett Pest for over 10 years. They respond quickly if I call and make certain that I live pest free.
Great at what they do I'm very happy with them had a few pest control companies come out and not have any to little results whatever Barrett pest uses it works
Professional response and flexible with scheduling.
LaSonya was so helpful getting my appointment scheduled. This company never disappoints.
The pest control Techs from Berrett are generally knowledgeable and professional. However, the scheduling department of Berrett seems to be disorganized and in disarray. Schedule wrong techs on a regular basis. Last minute changes made. Techs have suggested I call them direct to schedule a call.
Super nice customer service.
Excellent customer service!
I appreciate the time they have spent on my home. Our problem has been resolved. I really like the unlimited plan helps with all my concerns. Thank you!

Have always had excellent experience with Barrett. Have been approached by competitors but no reason to change.
Berrett pest control treated my home for fruit flies. They were professional. The exterminator Josh was excellent. He’s an asset to the company. I will certainly use Berrett pissed again.
The ladies in the office are really helpful and patient and Joshua did a great job!
Same day excellent service.
Very helpful and courteous. A pleasure doing business with LaSonya
I love Berrett. I call and they come and totally understand and deal with my issues. Today Carl came to spray at my additional request and identify holes in my yard. I called the company ( Sonja?) and she immediately set up an appt for the identified voles treatment. I switched from another company and I'm so happy I chose Berrett.
They always answer back pretty quickly when I contact them. Very professional and friendly.
Excellent service and easy to schedule service A+
These guys are great! Helpful, informative, and responsive.
Very flexible, professional, & well communicative
Robert the “Bug Guy” was so great and very knowledgeable! Took care of our pest issues and was in and out quickly and very respectful! He told us to save his personal number in our phones as Bug Guy and text him if we ever have issues and he will be right out. Great guy, great company!
Josh is amazing, Andrew came by time before last and was great as well! I have had Berrett for my last place and still use them with my current. I would highly recommend. Also to mention, their customer service if you call is to make an appointment is phenomenal. I am glad I went with Berrett Pest control.
I use Berrett Home Services for pest control. Very budget friendly and accommodating. The receptionists, including Sonya, are very kind and resourceful!
We had an issue with flying ants coming in and I called to get an in-between service call. Christina was very helpful in getting someone out the same day. Colby was courteous and was able to come by and treat the area.
Barrett are always helpful and nice. On time for every service appt. Andrew was our tech and he was very nice and helpful.

Found ants in our sons bed. Called and Had a tech come out the next morning. Great service and showed concern regarding my son’s health. Thanks y’all!
Sonya helped me today and she did a wonderful job of scheduling and walking me through transferring my account to a new home. Thank you!
I’ve had a few of Berrett’s pest services completed at my home and it’s been great! Their customer service is also excellent. I’ve spoken with Angelica a few times to schedule my appointments and she’s very friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!
I use Barrett Pest for both termites and pest control (ants, wasps, hornets, etc.). They seem to do a good job and are always very responsive and courteous! I would recommend them for your pest control needs.
Angelica n Nicholas are both professional and attentive! I appreciate the great customer service!
Had to reschedule and just wanted to say how nice and accommodating Lizzie is, she made my call special. Thank you
We’ve been with Berrett for 2 years and haven’t had a single issue. They deliver on their promise and customer service is a breeze to deal with.
Lizzie was a great help, very polite and courteous, answer all my questions, and a pleasure to speak to, excellent customer service. Thank you Lizzie!
I’ve used Barrett Pest Control for years. Service has always been thoughtfully done and well executed. I love that they come back whenever you need in between quarterly services to handle any issues that pop up.
Great customer service. Have been a customer for around a year. They are great. Lizzie, who answered the phone, took care of me promptly and was very nice.
Sebert is always friendly and professional.
The pest control tech, didn't real help solve the problem. He was asking me where we saw them and I told him but he was asking ME to identify the source. How is that my job? The gnat situation hasn't improved at all so I feel like this was a waste of money.
I’ve generally been very happy with their service. A bit annoyed that it will take a week to get someone out for a treatment, but there are always more bugs than there are available spots.
After trying two different companies, I called Berrett Home Services and received an appointment the next morning. Two men (one in training) arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and did an OUTSTANDING job talking to me about my issues with tree roaches. They were VERY throughly and told me about each of the…
Great company and everyone are very friendly!
Berrett Home Services is by far the best company I have worked with. What I like most is that they are very attentive. Their customer service representatives and technicians are awesome!
