We love Berrett! They are so helpful and do a great job every time. The customer service is top tier! Would highly recommend.
Service was great! easy to set up appointment. My only quarrel was that it was hard to hear the agent as his connection kept cutting out.
Berrett responds whenever we have a need. They even spray for fire ants! Their service is so worth the money.
Very professional handling of setting the appointment With customer service on the phone
Their pest termination is horrendous. Multiple visits and the problem still isn’t gone. Once I tried to cancel their service, they keep redirecting me to their customer experience team which is practically unreachable. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company to finally get these guys to stop billing me. I…
Red was very helpful and was able to reschedule us though we called on the day of service .
DO NOT go with Berrett pest control. Horrible customer service. They sprayed on one of our outlet that damaged our machine. We put a damage claim and they denied saying it’s not their fault when it happened right in-front of us and our employee. The person handling our case was Deanna. I was trying to explain what…
I thought this company had great ratings but my 84 year old father lives in Azle Texas I have text from the technician that he would be there last week at 10:00 a no show but did show up at 4:00 pm. I spoke with the technician and he guaranteed he would be there today between 8:00 am and 8:15 am! Well he was a no…
I recently contracted Berrett Pest Control and it's been a great experience. Desmond (the technician) was very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring we had the best service possible. He was very thorough in his approach and even offered some suggestions on what I could do as a resident that would help. While…
These guys are great! They are very friendly and have a very quick turn around for their services!
Been a customer for years. With their subscription, you get quarterly service and spraying around your house and you can call anytime and they’ll send a tech at no additional charge. About 50% of the time I can get somebody the same day. Otherwise, it’s usually in a day or two that they can come out and take care of the problem.
Mike was awesome! He answered all my questions and gave me tips to help keep pesky gnats away. He's extremely knowledgeable and definitely set my nerves at ease about the process. So glad we found Berrett!
Berrett has excellent customer service and care! Highly recommended!

Good experience. Quality service and good customer service.
I have been getting pest control services from Barrett for almost 3 years now. My wife and I moved into our house about 4 years ago, and there was some issues with bugs when we moved in. My wife is phobic of some bugs, so having them in the house, even if only minimal, was problematic at the time. I can honestly say…
Awesome Service. Highly recommended
I like everything about it. I’ve been using Berrett for at least five years. Their office staff has always been so very helpful when I’ve had questions or was confused about something. I cannot imagine not ever using Barrett. I highly recommend them for their professionalism. The office person who helped me today,…

Great at what they do I'm very happy with them had a few pest control companies come out and not have any to little results whatever Barrett pest uses it works
LaSonya was so helpful getting my appointment scheduled. This company never disappoints.
Berrett Pest control is great, their team is always very professional, friendly, clean, fast, and effective.
I purchased the 4 month plan from the business and had good results until the scheduling became an issue
The ladies in the office are really helpful and patient and Joshua did a great job!
Same day excellent service.
Angelica was pleasant, professional, and friendly! Great Rep!
These guys are great! Helpful, informative, and responsive.
Robert the “Bug Guy” was so great and very knowledgeable! Took care of our pest issues and was in and out quickly and very respectful! He told us to save his personal number in our phones as Bug Guy and text him if we ever have issues and he will be right out. Great guy, great company!
Josh is amazing, Andrew came by time before last and was great as well! I have had Berrett for my last place and still use them with my current. I would highly recommend. Also to mention, their customer service if you call is to make an appointment is phenomenal. I am glad I went with Berrett Pest control.
Letha was helping I tial contact. And was impressed with brooks who came out and was kind and informative
Taliah and everyone else I have worked with have been very helpful and kind. It’s a good honest, responsive company.
Sonya helped me today and she did a wonderful job of scheduling and walking me through transferring my account to a new home. Thank you!
Their employees are friendly and always communicative. I have phobia to insects so their service is a relief for me. I would recommend them for sure especially during summer time when bugs are everywhere here in Texas.
Lucy was very nice. Responded promptly and called back to let me know status of the technician’s arrival. Kendrick, the technician was very good at covering all the downstairs and exterior of house. I requested only first floor to be done. Very nice, respectful and professional.
Love this company they are always a very friendly phone call away, with great customer service, good, and come out as many times as needed to get the job done. Thank you!
Excellent service!
I’ve used Barrett Pest Control for years. Service has always been thoughtfully done and well executed. I love that they come back whenever you need in between quarterly services to handle any issues that pop up.
Brielle from the office here is wonderful. She is very professional and responsive. She schedules things timely and had all the answers to my questions. However, I only gave 4 stars because our first service was scheduled for yesterday 6/19 from 8-10am. We emptied all our cabinets as told and were waiting on them to…
Very good service
Technicians are quite good and friendly. Service staffs are also quite nice and responsive. They are the only company i know of that recommend customers to only buy the service they need (2 seasons in the summer instead of whole year). Complimentary visit is also easy to book with only a call.
I’ve generally been very happy with their service. A bit annoyed that it will take a week to get someone out for a treatment, but there are always more bugs than there are available spots.
Customer servicio Lithzie is nice!!💞🙏
Berrett Home Services is by far the best company I have worked with. What I like most is that they are very attentive. Their customer service representatives and technicians are awesome! They are definitely all about helping their customers in resolving issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends…
The technician was always on time and did communicate issues to me as I lived off-property. They always answer the phones and always have a professional, friendly, and responsive
Berrett is very good. They have help twice on 2 different occasions.
The person during customer service was excellent 5 star. Although the price is reasonable, the pest services didn't meet our satisfaction to rid our property of insects, both in and out doirs.
Sonya the costumer service representative was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend giving this place a call!😊
