Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kathleen and she was amazing!! She was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. She updated my info and rescheduled my services. Thanks again Kathleen!
Had Barrett come out to treat for ants and rodents. They stated part of the exterior treatment was to clear wasp nest and spray. As soon as they left I found a wasp nest right outside the front door. I then called them back 2 weeks later because the ants had not cleared up any. I also asked the treat for rodents. I…

I have been getting pest control services from Barrett for almost 3 years now. My wife and I moved into our house about 4 years ago, and there was some issues with bugs when we moved in. The pest control Techs from Berrett are generally knowledgeable and professional. However, the scheduling department of Berrett seems to be disorganized and in disarray. Schedule wrong techs on a regular basis. Last minute changes made. Techs have suggested I call them direct to schedule a call.
All of the above qualities.
I appreciate the time they have spent on my home. Our problem has been resolved. I really like the unlimited plan helps with all my concerns. Thank you!

I’ve used Barrett Pest Control for years. Service has always been thoughtfully done and well executed. I love that they come back whenever you need in between quarterly services to handle any issues that pop up.
The pest control tech, didn't real help solve the problem. He was asking me where we saw them and I told him but he was asking ME to identify the source. How is that my job? The gnat situation hasn't improved at all so I feel like this was a waste of money.
I’ve generally been very happy with their service. A bit annoyed that it will take a week to get someone out for a treatment, but there are always more bugs than there are available spots.
After trying two different companies, I called Berrett Home Services and received an appointment the next morning.
