I am surprised that they have such high ratings. We had concerns about the quality of the work and it took a lot of effort for them to start to understand what the issue was. We still have a significant wasp problem.

Barrett Pest Control services has been good about keeping up with my quarterly treatments and are easy to work with. If you need them in between treatments, they will return and take care of any pests at no additional charge. I have been with them for years; friendly techs and eager to please.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Kept on charging me for service even after I canceled service. First they agreed to refund me but never did and now the owner said he will not refund any money. Leaves me with no option other than smalls claim court.
Had Barrett come out to treat for ants and rodents. They stated part of the exterior treatment was to clear wasp nest and spray. As soon as they left I found a wasp nest right outside the front door.
