I am surprised that they have such high ratings. We had concerns about the quality of the work and it took a lot of effort for them to start to understand what the issue was. We still have a significant wasp problem.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Kept on charging me for service even after I canceled service. First they agreed to refund me but never did and now the owner said he will not refund any money. Leaves me with no option other than smalls claim court.

I love Berrett. I call and they come and totally understand and deal with my issues. Today Carl came to spray at my additional request and identify holes in my yard.
