I am surprised that they have such high ratings. We had concerns about the quality of the work and it took a lot of effort for them to start to understand what the issue was. We still have a significant wasp problem.
I had spoken with a competitor, Orkin, who wanted to charge $300 for a one-time service or $200 plus a $55 monthly subscription. The rep I originally spoke with at Orkin was very pushy and wanted to make the sale. I had to tell this man three times that I would be speaking with my husband first, to which he hung up…

Michael did a great job of scheduling an appointment for my Barrett tech to come and treat the pests. Thank you so much Michael.
HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Kept on charging me for service even after I canceled service. First they agreed to refund me but never did and now the owner said he will not refund any money. Leaves me with no option other than smalls claim court.
Had Barrett come out to treat for ants and rodents. They stated part of the exterior treatment was to clear wasp nest and spray. As soon as they left I found a wasp nest right outside the front door. I then called them back 2 weeks later because the ants had not cleared up any. I also asked the treat for rodents. I…

I love Berrett. I call and they come and totally understand and deal with my issues. Today Carl came to spray at my additional request and identify holes in my yard. I called the company ( Sonja?) and she immediately set up an appt for the identified voles treatment. I switched from another company and I'm so happy I chose Berrett.
