Matt M was amazing. Explained the issue in laymen’s terms and provided useful tips. Genuinely wanted to help and provide support. He was very approachable and patient.
Update: Besser refunded the $65 after this review and apologized. Appreciate them making it right. My original point still stands for anyone booking: if you need a specific product installed, confirm they can do it before the visit. Mentioned the need for a rodent proof xcluder system installation prior to…
Besser is a great company and Matt was very thorough with inspecting the garage door and offered detailed explanations and options for future maintenance. He was very friendly and courteous.
We purchased our garage doors from Besser approximately 4 years ago and all has been great. Daniel W. Technician came out to perform a service call / inspection and was very knowledgeable and professional. Garage door is holding well and only a spring was needed to be changed out soon. Not bad for not having it…

Morgan was very knowledgeable about the products Besser offers and was very patient in answering my questions and producing product and pricing combinations for me as we waded through my options.
BESSER Garage company sent a very professional representative, Austin, to my house to assess my need for a new garage replacement. Before the rep’s arrival, communication from BESSER was excellent. They messaged me so I would be aware of the rep’s arrival, and the rep called to let me know when he was 10 minutes…

Very professional. Easy to communicate with. Jacob was great. Takes the pain out of service calls. Arrived on time. Assessed the problem. Discussed options. Did the work immediately. Easy. Painless. I told a friend and she asked who I used and I said Besser and she said “oh. They’re great. They do all the garage doors here.”

Well-presented. Jacob was able to answer my questions quite well. Also gave options that were relevant to our space and design application. Line items in the quote were transparent, which is important to me.
These guys were fantastic. They came out twice because the first garage door delivered was the wrong one, and our garage wasn’t cleared out yet for the install. They returned the following week, did an excellent job, and even helped us move heavy furniture in the garage since the two of us couldn’t manage it alone.…
Our technician Daniel did a great job explaining everything we needed to get our garage door serviced and working properly again. Daniel worked quickly to get everything completed for us. We are very satisfied with Daniel and Besser Garage Door
Thanks Ryan. I’ll watch for a new door quote, in the meantime will pull it together with some carriage bolts. Appreciate the help again. Wayne.
Met Daniel for an estimate today. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience.
Great experience with Matt who explained everything very clearly including multiple options at different price levels. Matt had all the materials in the van and took care of the work on the spot. Super responsive and made everything easy.
Daniel came over and was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest! Great asset for the Besser Brothers company. Highly recommend!!
We met with Morgan at the Santa Ana office. Much better than someone coming to the home, we could see and touch. Morgan asked questions to see what we wanted in a garage door: widows or not , insulation or not, panel types and showed us how colours can work into the mix. He was knowledgeable about the hardware and…
Well its just how things are these days. Cant get info over the phone, technician has to come to the house to make the deal which is .. aight. I wasnt ready to spend $1600 on a new garage door opener and rollers butttt Jacob made me feel comfortable that a new system is due. He was friendly, quick, clean and…

Matt was a huge help in diagnosing a garage door repair for a building we manage. He was timely on his appointment, knowledgeable in defects and gave multiple cost effective options. If you need a garage door or motor service technician, Matt is the only choice!
Matt was an excellent garage door technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the garage door was working properly before leaving. He was also friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. Excellent service from start…
He is polite and knowledgeable technician. I was impressed but I couldn’t agree with his estimate.
Service was on time and done correctly.
Daniel was was very professional; he explained the details of his inspection; very polite and friendly.
Beautiful new custom garage doors. They took way longer (5 months) than promised but very well made. Their communication was weak, meaning I was often having to follow up with when they would install, as they rarely updated me and did not always reply to me in a timely manner. But built well, installed professionally. Very good quality.
I would not recommend Besser Garage Door. The technician came out, took one quick look, and immediately claimed that I needed a brand-new garage door, a new spring, and a new motor. They later sent me an estimate for $4,050, which was shocking. I decided to get a second opinion. Another garage door company came…
Crooked! They work for commission so look out for a total rip off! A broken spring was going to cost $4800. I got it fixed w 580 dollars by another very honest company
Daniel was great! He was professional, knowledgable, and kind. Ive had three other garage door guys out innthr past 10 days, and Daniel impressed me most.

We have always had great experiences with Besser garage door company. We have used them since 1988. Jacob our last technician was fabulous. He took care of a small emergency in no time at all and serviced our opener and door while he was there. The door and opener run like new now.
Paul was super nice and amazing person and the best customer care representative we got so far at our new home. Loved his way of explanation and through technical knowledge. He truly represents company and excellent service they provide.
Everything about our insulation project went fantastic. Ryan, our initial contact, was awesome — he spent all the time we needed to help us make the best choices, and we loved our final design. The crew that came out was on point, led by Sebastian. I really appreciated the text updates along the way, so we always…
Jacob is very kind and knowledgeable.
Excellent and friendly service. Paul’s professionalism reflects very well on the company.
Excellent work done by Austin! Also friendly and informative.
Overall Ryan from Besser was professional. He brought a trainee. He showed 3 x 2 inch samples of the garage door look/texture, which was super disappointing knowing you are buying a multi thousand dollar product. The discussion was only centered around a door style we liked but at no point did Ryan offer…
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the prompt replacement of the garage door wire cable. Austin took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door system, clearly explained other the issues. In addition to his expertise, he was extremely nice, friendly, and courteous. His positive attitude and willingness to…
Ryan and West installed new garage door openers for us today. They were so professional and knowledgeable...and super nice. I'm so pleased that this team came to our home!
Timely and effective call, immediately sent follow up email with details.
The consultation was very soon after I called. Team showed me great quality product and provided clear quotes promptly. Nice array of colors! Only reason for taking one star off is that communication regarding timing on the day of consultation could have been a bit better - the rep was supposed to have contacted me…
James was wonderful! New opener ! He even made sure it was paired with my car ❤️thank you Besser brothers
We have used Besser several times now and Ryan has helped us out! We have a beautiful new garage door and system for a fair price.
Jacob and Matt both very knowledgable, accommodating and polite young men. It was a pleasure having them here. We would highly recommend them snd Besser for sure.
Professional. Answered all my questions and gave me a quote on new doors.
Jacob and his assistant showed up right when expected. They did their job, explained what was possible, provided a breakdown of costs and sent a copy to my email. This is a very professional company. The price was more than anticipated, but the service is impeccable.
Helpful and responsive
Thank you for the great job last Thursday. I really appreciate the thorough explanation of what caused the garage door to become tilted. The door is now working smoothly, and I’m completely satisfied with the repair. Thank you again- I truly appreciate your excellent work!
Paul was great! He is personable, funny and knowledgeable. The system had a few hiccups and he ensured all the mechanisms were fully functioning before leaving. I appreciated his persistence for solving the issues.
Wasn’t able to use your service, as it was way above our budget.
Ryan was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained how each part worked and what needed replacing. He serviced all parts and installed what was needed. We trusted him. Everything seems to be working great and we are so happy! Thanks Ryan

Besser’s garage doors were excellent from start to finish. It was easy calling the number to schedule next day. Austin was polite and professional.
