My garage door wasn’t working. I called Besser and got help within a few hours. Matt came and fixed everything! He was great, kind and very helpful! Would definitely recommend in the future!

1. Openers were not checked for battery back up. When the So Cal Edison Public Safety Power Shutoff occurred today, doors would not open. I checked batteries, which were installed, but not connected. Service rep touched nothing, Looked at the wires and door sensors, then stood in my garage and stared at his iPad - he said my non functional garage door opener was old and I needed a new one. He was preparing bids on different openers. After he left, I wiggled some wires and tapped on the opener - it's been working fine since then.
Daniel did a great job and explained the parts that we needed and why and which we really needed now and which could wait if we couldn’t do everything at once. He came early and was a pleasure to deal with. Would use Besser again especially if Daniel was the technician!
