My garage door wasn’t working. I called Besser and got help within a few hours. Matt came and fixed everything! He was great, kind and very helpful! Would definitely recommend in the future!
BESSER is the only garage door company I’ll call. Very professional, polite, on time and the problem gets fixed👍👍
Eric and his assistant worked proficiently and without interference or interruption. I was referred by a longtime contractor to Besser Brothers and I do appreciate the seasoned and professional attitude of Eric and the workmanship of his associate.
Excellent service on our broken garage door opener. Although the replacement was expensive, the work done by Jacob was outstanding.
Matthew was prompt, knowledgeable and professional…excellent work!!!
I have used Besser Garage Doors several times over past 8 years. The technician that I had this time, Austin, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. There was some problem solving involved on this call and he handled beautifully. I would recommend the company and this technician for any garage repairs. Thanks much.
I needed a new backup battery for my garage door opener and Aiden was my tech for the job. He also did a quick check to see if there was anything else and I also needed a tune-up so he did that too. Aiden was very punctual, polite and very confident and good at his job. Thank you Aiden!
Richard and his partner were prompt, professional and friendly. Work order was accomplished to my complete satisfaction, and they went above and beyond.
1. Openers were not checked for battery back up. When the So Cal Edison Public Safety Power Shutoff occurred today, doors would not open. I checked batteries, which were installed, but not connected. They were not charged, so they didn’t work. Poor attention to detail by whomever installed them from your company.…
I appreciate Eric explaining to me about the charges! He is very clear and is accommodating in his work.
Daniel West came in to address some broken rail back hangs. He was very helpful and professional. Would recommend!
Excellent service from Besser Garage! They responded promptly to address a noisy garage door, lubricated and adjusted it, and now it operates smoothly and quietly. The technician went above and beyond by also helping connect the garage door to my car and set up the camera system. Everything works perfectly.…
Always a pleasure doing business with Besser! Daniel was professional, timely and kind. He explained that everything in detail to me. Have nothing but good things to say about Daniel and Besser Bros company.

Matt McGrew is awesome!! Terrific service, prompt, friendly, even reachable on his cell phone directly. If only he also fixed appliances and HVAC!!
Service rep touched nothing, Looked at the wires and door sensors, then stood in my garage and stared at his iPad - he said my non functional garage door opener was old and I needed a new one. He was preparing bids on different openers. After he left, I wiggled some wires and tapped on the opener - it's been working fine since then.
Daniel did a great job and explained the parts that we needed and why and which we really needed now and which could wait if we couldn’t do everything at once. He came early and was a pleasure to deal with. Would use Besser again especially if Daniel was the technician!
Very professional. Explained the issue with the old garage door opener and different options.
