Service rep touched nothing, Looked at the wires and door sensors, then stood in my garage and stared at his iPad - he said my non functional garage door opener was old and I needed a new one. He was preparing bids on different openers. After he left, I wiggled some wires and tapped on the opener - it's been working fine since then.
Daniel did a great job and explained the parts that we needed and why and which we really needed now and which could wait if we couldn’t do everything at once. He came early and was a pleasure to deal with. Would use Besser again especially if Daniel was the technician!
