Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and competitive pricing as key positives during window and siding installations. Recurring themes highlight the professionalism and efficiency of the installation crews. However, several low-star reviews indicate a pattern of difficulty reaching the company for post-installation warranty work or minor repairs, with some clients reporting ignored requests or unmet service commitments.

We just had Best Exteriors replace 5 windows, one sliding glass door and the siding in my west facing elevation and on the front side of my San Francisco Home. We went with James Hardie siding given the durability and need given we are 7 blocks to the beach and our old wood siding was rotting away. Best Exteriors…

We had the siding on our street facing wall replaced due to the vinyl strips coming off, we decided to go with smart side because one of the neighbours used lap smart side and we really loved it, the crew did an amazing job and was really efficient and respectful with the neighbours, cleaning up after every working day. Would recommend.

Alex and Max (the installers) did a great job with the installation and were really tidy. One thing that stood out was I had a non tempered window that already had a crack and with the removal of the window glass went everywhere, which wasn't their fault, but they still cleaned up really well and vacuumed all of the glass up, thank you Best Exteriors!

Sarah Filomeo4 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Sarah has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
We recently hired Best Exteriors to replace all of our windows and sliding glass doors, and then had them come back for another project.
We found mold growth on the interior of one of our windows and realized it was time to tackle a project we have been putting off. We got two estimates. The first from a very well advertised company. We felt so overwhelmed. The next morning Best Exteriors came and gave us the best news possible. They were going to get us virtually the same product, at an insanely better price and on a much quicker timeline.
From start to finish Best Exteriors was easy to work with. Everyone was so kind the install crew was prompt, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Sarah, thank you so much for the thoughtful review and for trusting us with not just one, but two projects! We know replacing all the windows and sliding doors in a home can feel like a huge undertaking, so we’re glad we could make the process straightforward and give you an option that made sense without compromising on quality.
It means a lot to hear that you were happy with our team, the installation, and the overall experience. The fact that you came back to us for another project and continue to recommend us to friends and family is one of the best compliments we can receive.
Thank you again for choosing Best Exteriors. We truly appreciate your trust and support!

I was very happy with the siding job on my house. The team worked quickly and did quality work. My old shingles were in a state of disrepair, but now the house looks brand new! I'm so glad I made the decision to go with Best Construction for the makeover after interviewing six other contractors. Their estimate was reasonable and I felt confident working with Alex and his team. The customer service from Jacob, Anna, and Kristina was also excellent 👍. It was such an overwhelming process, but if you are on the fence, choose Best.
