We had a retractable screen installed by them approximately 4 years . We were having issues with it and required servicing. It is a Sunesta product and the local company is supposed to service it. I ended up reaching out to Best Window & Door Co. and spoke to Christa. Approximately 3 weeks later, they came out and serviced the screen. Thank you Best Window & Door Company.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when a project is not fully resolved as expected, especially after multiple visits.
There was an issue with the replacement handle set and a missing manufacturer-supplied part, which unfortunately delayed us from completing the correction properly. That said, we take responsibility for helping get this finished and do not want you to feel the problem has been left on you.
We are working to get the missing part so we can return and complete the lock/handle correction as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and again apologize for the inconvenience.
