Working with Taylor was an excellent choice. She provided resources when we needed them and all of her recommendations were very well thought out. As a first-time homebuyer using an FHA loan and Maine State Housing, I knew there would be extra regulations to navigate—and thankfully, Becky knew them inside and out. Becky always came prepared. Before every showing, she texted me the property disclosures so I could review them in advance. She also brought printed copies and even carried a flashlight to help us inspect dark corners, basements, and hard-to-reach areas. She wasn’t just showing homes—she was doing thorough inspections right alongside me, always keeping my best interests in focus. Her dedication was unmatched.
