We worked with Miguel to get 4 new tires. I would highly recommend them. The price was great, the process was smooth, the works is great, and the customer service was exceptional. We will be back!

Just bought four tires from Big Brand tires and the service was excellent. Tires had to be ordered and they had them the next day. The price was great and they kept me informed.
Great store, always helpful, good prices. Free flat repair too.
Great service from the advisor to the tech. Would recommend stopping in for service

This is hands down my place for all auto service. Thank you guys!!!!!! Always friendly, honest, respectful.
Went in for an alignment and ended up buying 2 tires also. Good price on the package deal. Car drives good again. Friendly staff and they were able to complete everything in a couple hours. Will do business again.
I am looking forward to coming back! lol
Customer service is amazing! Was in a pinch and they didnt have a long wait, Everyone was very clear and honest about what is best for my tires. 100/10 experience
I called them and after 15 minutes I had a new tire installed. Fantastic service, Miguel did an outstanding job, thank you very much!
Amazing mechanics and staff. miguel is great and friendly love him!!!
I was at costco when I realized I had a flat tire, I did a quick Google search and this shop came up. Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, they were able to to fix my flat with a simple steam change. Miguel has great customer service, I had to return a few days later when I was feeling a wiggle while…
Quick, knowledgable and friendly. New tire in 30 minutes at a great price.
Wait time is a little long, about an hour and a half but staff was friendly and helpful and got my alignment done with a discount.
They have taken care of me a few times and they give excellent service. The manager/employee at the front desk ALWAYS helps out asap. When I went to pick up my car I witnessed them helping a senior woman just to double check her car was fine to drive after she had just been hit on the road. I will definitely return there for my tire and oil changes too.
Horrible experience, avoid this place, just drive down to discount tire...
Got my four tires brand new here, July 2024 I got a tire leak in one of my tires and they’ve patched it up and always have been very helpful and the warranty covers it. I always call in with my dad and speak to Miguel super friendly guy and always fix all my problems when needed. Highly recommend
In a pinch trying to get a tire mounted, they got me in with no wait and had it done in a few minutes. Great service.
Service was made on time, I really appreciate. I really recommend 100% Thanks
