Maybe the tires don't have the replacement policy as B__ _ but the service people were professional and friendly. They have after 3PM appointments They made me feel comfortable explaining everything as we went and the could email me ALL the paperwork. Will go back for my other cars
They did a great job thank you so much. I definitely would recommend
Helped everytime, let’s me know if anything needs to be fixed or if everything is good. Quick service 10/10.
David is great. Friendly service to walk into. Has high integrity and doesn’t try to upsell you unnecessary up-charges. Definitely earned my business. I visited two tire stores prior and couldn’t get the proper help I needed. (They can help you with Tesla tires) Thank you again David for your honesty and your knowledge.
Don't go anywhere else cause this place is the best....
1 star because I can not put 0 do not recommend this tire place to anyone ! Not just this location but this company altogether they are scams when they tell you your tire has a warranty BRAND NEW tire … woke up tire was flat no nail didn’t run anything over so I took it back for them to help me .. absolutely no help and denied a warranty on a 200 tire !!!
I will definitely be a customer for life! TJ talked to me with honesty and respect. Being a woman many mechanics dismiss any knowledge I have of cars and try to fix something I know is not what needs attention on my car. My car is 25 years old, driving home I was so elated. She drove so smooth and I still have…
They were great and helped me on a Sunday when a lot of other shops were closed. They were quick and efficient with a whole bunch of customers coming in. Service was great, friendly, and efficient
Professional and great service 👍🏾
Needed one tire. They immediately gave me the price on a cheap tire and a better tire and let me choose which one I preferred. No upselling whatsoever to get me to buy 2 or 4. They fit me in same day and did a great job. The only thing I would say is that the mechanic filled up the tire way too much. It was 43 when it should have been 32!
Fast and friendly
Great service always!
Excellent service. Did a great job of identifying what was wrong and corrected it. Highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service.
Great service, I brought my car in for a new set of tires and to have the alignment checked. They got me all fixed up cars driving straight again!
Great service. Not pushy, didn't try to upsell.
Rockin' service at a great price. I couldn't find a complaint if I tried!
Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Reliable and efficient!
Quick and helpful experience
Honest shop and mechanics are nice and professional
I would definitely recommend getting tires installed here, i had ordered some tires from simple tire and got them sent here. The tires arrived there days after the initial appointment, but they had no issue with installing them when i called and asked if i would have to make an appointment. Great customer service,…
