my experience with Staff and management was excellent. I like seeing a manager get his hands dirty.
Friendly staff and I was in and out…overall great experience.
I came in with 2 flats in a rare size and Milton hooked me up with an order for a set that were delivered first thing in the morning when they opened. From there George gave me fantastic advice and helped me figure out what needed to be done today and what I should do in the future. Shouts out Steven as well, he did…

Great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service! They got the tires changed on my car quickly, the pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. George, the manager, was great to work with—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend them!
Great customer service came in for service on my tire helped quote me on a new tire and gave me a major discount will be coming back for other tires soon!
Really happy with the services at Big brand tire and Service.
Great place, they listen and they take care of client quickly without any push.
Excellent customer service and great communication.
The mechanic who replaced the tire was very conscientious and responsible—I think he’s a great person. The total cost for the replacement was $215. The same tire at Walmart costs $140, so it was about $75 more expensive.
Customer service was great. Very friendly.
George was awesome! He worked with me to get the tire I could afford and was extremely helpful and very quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Very satisfied!!
George was attentive to detail in regards to tire tread, life and warranties. Great pricing and outstanding service. Highly recommend.
Great place. The pricing was great (sourced around and couldn't beat the price), the service was quick and professional( was in and out within an hr or so, also i kept hearing a noise while driving and they were able to point out the issue and gave me a great price to service it), and staff was great all around. I…
I can’t thank Big Brand Tires enough. Upon originally calling back in November, Mr. George was so helpful. He provided me information on the different style tires, what would be best for my SUV and educated me which I was so appreciative of. Once I was ready, the tire had sold and even then, Mr. George gave me…
Great and Fast service every time, always a go too for anything alignment and tires. Prices are also always solid, a good spot to come to for sure.
Best local tire shop. George will help you out and let you know immediately what you need no hidden fees no bs. I was in n out in 30 minutes after my BMW got a screw in the tire. They fixed it so fast i couldn’t believe it. Best tire prices in the inland empire

The entire team at the Ontario location was incredible. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They were able to fix a TPMS sensor issue caused by American Tire Depot (Not America's Tires) in Rancho Cucamonga. This Big Brand Tire location has earned my business in the future with the way they handled…
Good service
These guys took care of me on short notice! I drove up last night from San Diego and got a flat about 15 minutes away from Ontario. This team stayed late for me (after hours) and replaced all 4 tires on my Honda Insight. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help and professionalism!
