Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing as key aspects of the service, noting that technicians arrive on schedule and explain issues thoroughly. Reviews highlight successful repairs for pumps, heaters, and filters, as well as consistent weekly maintenance that keeps pools in good condition. One recurring criticism involves a prolonged dispute over a failed heater repair and control panel replacement, where the customer alleged billing for multiple unsuccessful fixes and difficulty reaching the company for resolution.
