As it was not among the closest places to where I live, I trusted the recommendation and I am extremely happy with the results - the service was professional, personally applied to my vehicle, updated with photos and video of what was wrong and needed repair and fixed promptly. The customer service was outstanding and I was treated with care as a valued customer! I highly recommend Blackline Auto Care!

I will say that the staff is friendly & professional. - I made an online for 08/27 @ 9am on 8/26 - got a call right away letting me know that time wasn't available - next appt was on 09/01 -said I'd try someplace else & they tried to work me in (decided to wait until 9/01) Took my car in this a.m., again courteous & friendly staff. - was told it would take 1-1/2 hrs to do diagnostics - said I could wait but decided to go home. - got immediate text letting me know my car was in the system - and that was the last I heard from them until I called 8+ hrs later - they have yet to even look at my car/whoever was going to do the diagnostics had to help w/ other projects. Again, apologetic but based on the conversation this a.m. best case scenario was done by this p.m/worst maybe an extra day due to parts delivery. I didn't expect that NO ONE would even have time to look at it nor text updates to that effect. So, I'm on my way to pick it up & go to option #2. I use my car for work.... I've lost one day (wouldn't mind if progress was being made). Honesty... that's most important. It did make me wonder about the quality of service if they were having to work on so many projects.
