I honestly didn’t think I would end up buying a home here in Idaho, but I’m so glad I did. Choosing Blackrock was a great decision. I really love the quality of the home, the design, and the interior finishes. I also love the potential the area has, and I can’t wait to finish decorating and making it feel like home!
Pete and Will were great to work with. They were professional and took great care of my clients. I'm looking forward to the next time we get to work together!
I could write a book on the things that impress me about Blackrock Homes. From their people to their process, everything is outstanding. Their architecture, intimate feel of their neighborhoods, community parks, water features, floor plans, frame details, finishes etc… are all examples of a company that wants to…
We purchased a new build home from Blackrock Homes and it was a wonderful experience. We’re from Arizona and purchased a new build two years ago. That process was very stressful due picking out pages and pages of options (tile, flooring, etc). However with our Blackrock Home, it was already completed with no added…
Pete was amazing. I’d recommend him to ALL my friends! He handled all my questions with patience and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
We bought a new home in East Ridge village from Blackrock. The quality and fit and finish is very good. The on boarding process with Pete and Jayden was thorough and very helpful. Blackrock took care of the few items we had on our walkthrough quickly and professionally.
We had a wonderful experience working with Angie and Black Rock Homes! Angie was professional, friendly, and always quick to help with any questions along the way. The quality of our new home is outstanding — you can really see the care and attention to detail that went into it. We’re so happy with how everything…
Love the house. Just closed on the 16th of last month. Good communication and all the work is great. Thanks!
I purchased a new home in Eastridge village. I love my home! I had been looking for 2 years, the quality and price was exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen is my favorite! Thank you Blackrock!
Working with Blackrock has been amazing! Every touchpoint has been professional, high quality, responsive, and personable. We are so excited to call our first home a Blackrock build! And cannot speak highly enough of Jayden, the superintendent. He was very knowledgeable during our new home orientation, and overall…
Will and Angie Dillmore were super welcoming and have always been able to help with whatever issues or questions we had. My family purchased two homes and we couldn’t be more happy with our beautiful houses. Jayden and everyone affiliated with Blackrock Homes have been very accommodating and the detail and quality…
Easy to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. The new home was very professionally done with great design features.
Blackrock did an amazing job. The team is friendly, on time, and has great communication.
This is the second home that I have sold from Black Rock and have had exceptional experiences both times. Look forward to working with them again!
We just bought a home from Blackrock. It is extremely well built and we absolutely love it! They are really easy to work with and go out of their way to help us out with small things even after moving in! Big shoutout to Will especially! Highly, highly recommend Blackrock as a builder!
Overall this builder did a good job on our home. There were some issues that still need to get fixed and hoping they are done sooner than later. Our new home was supposed to be clean but you could tell if they did really clean they didn’t do a good job. Counters and cabinets were dirty and walls dirty too.
We fell absolutely in love with the BLVD when we started looking for our forever home. The quality is truly amazing. Simple things like the wall texture, unique wall features, barn and pocket doors and upgrades features make the BLVD at Harris Ranch a dream community. Our home is in a perfect location. We enjoy the…
We are very Happy with our home Built by Blackrock and We enjoy the Movado Greens subdivision. The neighbors are friendly and my Husband loves that the Homeowner Association takes care of the lawn maintenance. When we come back from being out of town it is so nice to not have to worry about that. 😊
I had the perfect experience buying a home. The construction quality, design, attention to detail, and customer forward thoughtful touches make Blackrock a business I’ll send everyone to.
