I did my yoga teacher training here, and I loved it! I felt really comfortable. At Bodhi all bodies and ages and abilities are welcome. Syl shares her wisdom with such care. It is a thorough experience including philosophy, ethics, breathwork, meditation and more...not just the asanas. The studio is calm and beautiful as well. Highly recommend!

I enrolled in YTT (after earning my RYT200 elsewhere) because I was interested in another one of her certifications, which has her YTT as a prerequisite. I am still amazed at the fullness of content of her courses and feel much more well-rounded in my understanding after learning with her. Her materials are now references for life! I've recently heard her speak of "yoga for people with nothing left to prove" and I love it so much! There's no need for ego with her. Just beautiful, rich, true, solid teachings that fully encompass what yoga really is. "Yoga is the guru," she teaches. This is truly a place of love.

The best YTT you’ll find anywhere. Syl is such a light and has created an incredible space. The 200hr Yoga Teacher Training reaches beyond basic yoga and dives deep into the true meaning of yoga, and provides a specialized training that facilitates true growth and introspection. This was everything I was looking for and more. Cannot recommend enough.
