On time appointments and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful therapy, so go and help yourself!
Cristian is very knowledgeable and thorough with his instructions. He makes sure I’m doing the exercises properly and is encouraging when the exercises may be difficult for me. He also makes himself available for questions- even if it’s after my PT session.
The staff is great—knowledgeable, professional, and they clearly know what they’re doing. However, the walls are very dirty and need cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. The check-in tablet is also not user-friendly and has become something I dread using each visit. Overall, great staff, but the facility and check-in…
I like that the girls realize that I am a older person and give me time to rest in between the exercises. The girls are good listeners and really care.
I have really enjoyed my time at BodyCentral!! Hopefully insurance will pass and I can do more work with these fine ladies and gentlemen! I’ve been working with Clary and she is very good at explaining every movement of each exercise. The other ladies have been fantastic!
Cristian and Kim and Rachel helped make my injured shoulder feel great again. I greatly appreciate all their efforts in making my shoulder healthy. All the staff their is kind and helpful. Thank you so much🙏
