I was torn between my rating. I would give my brow experience 5 stars, and my lash experience a 2. The 2 being for the customer service. My threaded brows by Ambi were perfect and so were my daughter's. I went out on a limb and got my lashes done as well. The end result felt uncomfortable and I couldn't pinpoint…
I went in for an eyebrow threading and was immediately seen. My stylist was quick and precise. I loved the way my eyebrows came out and I would 100% recommend this salon if you want your eyebrows done.
Lisa is a very kind and talented individual! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and facial waxing. She also happily readjusted my eyebrows the way I wanted them to be after the service. They really care!
Worst eyebrow experience I’ve had here. Lisa butchered my brows, made them way too thin, took a chunk from underneath, and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I wasted almost 2 hours (1:00–2:37 PM) only to walk out frustrated. Had to call another location just to get a manager involved. Terrible service — I’m never coming back.
Lisa did a great job!!! I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed because I have never tried the threading method, but Lisa assured me that that method would be better & last longer. I didn't know what to expect.. a little discomfort, but way better than wax. I also got my lashes done, and the entire experience was great! I will definitely be back!!!

I love how attentive and patient KP is providing service. I have went to her several times for eyebrow threading and she does an exceptional job. My Eyebrows are thin so she knew exactly what I wanted, no arch just clean and she filled in to make them look fuller and normal. My favorite eyebrow threader by far❤️
I went here for the first time last week because of the reviews. Sandy was attentive and made sure that my hair got the attention it needed. She is very knowledgeable and gladly answers any questions you have. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed when you walk through the door. I would highly recommend this salon and I will be back.
