Once I discovered this place, it’s been the ONLY place I have taken my dogs for the past 20 years. Melissa and her team are AMAZING. They know all the dogs and their personalities. They all go above and beyond. Every time I drop off my dog(s), I can go out of town without worry. We currently only have 1 dog and I…
We hate being away from our old, blind, diabetic little man, but we are so glad to have found Boulder Falls! The staff rolls with his changing meds like it’s not a burden (I know he’s a lot!), and I love the triumphant greeting we receive when we (eventually) walk through the door! The staff is very kind, and we are…

I love that I can call in at any time to check on him, and the staff are wonderful and patient every time I do. The facility is…

Imagine our surprise when the last time we dropped her off for boarding, she willingly went with one of the staff members to go…
