Horrible. Came twice, went OK, then just did not show. Item stolen and brightstar was only one in the room. They never even called concerned about any of it. If you love your loved one, stay away from this establishment.

Please know that we take the safety and trust of our clients very seriously.
In accordance with our policy, any allegation of theft is immediately referred to law enforcement for investigation. In this case, we provided all requested information to the investigating detective and fully cooperated throughout the process. We were later informed by the detective that the case has been closed and no charges were filed.
It was also our understanding that the date the items went missing wasn't certain and there were other non-Brightstar caregivers in the home during the same time frame.
I’ve left you a voicemail and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly if you'd like to discuss this further. We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and the well-being of those we serve.
