Drove up from Florida to drop our son off at Boston University. Once in Massachusetts our brakes started grinding badly. Broadway auto was able to get us in that day and made all repairs. Grateful for their help and giving us peace of mind for the drive back down. Great service.
Dennis, Jack & team at Broadway Gas have provided great break and body work for my 2011 Honda CRV. The team has transparent communication, efficient service, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Broadway Gas to anyone in the Somerville area looking for car service.
I've been going here for years, and they're amazing! Knowledgeable mechanics and services at good prices.
I have known Nick and Dennis for some time and they always take great care of my vehicles. Their technicians are knowledgeable and great at what they do and Nick and Dennis are awesome. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with vehicle repair or maintenance needs.
For an auto repair shop, this is one of the best experiences I have had. I’ve been coming here for nearly 3 years. They are polite and extremely professional. They serviced my car within 2 hours and gave me a full overview and expectations prior to working on the vehicle. I’m very happy with my experience and would…
Very fast service, people are nice
I had taken my car to two other shops with this issue, both said there was no problem they could find. Took it here and they pointed out several things. No exaggeration, my car drives better than it did when I first got it years ago. And on top of that, they work unbelievably fast. Like I actually literally could…
The team over at Broadway Gas & Auto is our go-to for car maintenance and inspections. They always get us in and out quickly, and at a great price. The guys here have many years of experience and it shows in their honesty, the quality of their work, and the way they approach customer service.
Have been getting my car serviced at Broadway Gas for 4 years - Nick and Dennis are honest, take time to explain what’s going on with the car, and always deliver repairs in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend
Dennis is great. Very responsive, nice, and professional
Reliable + easy access, have always kept the car in great shape over 4 years!
guys here are always professional and friendly, Eli, does the state inspection, he is a great dude!!!! definitely recommend this place to anyone, they got gas too
Long story short: I will definitely be coming here again for my future auto repair needs. Good customer service, quick turn around time, straightforward explanation of what needs to be/was done. Long story long: I was having some issues with my car and I went to another mechanic and they did an awful job. They…
Very fast and thorough service. Kind folks as well.
Professional crew working there plus they’re very nice and helpful honesty is the number one thing there I would definitely recommend to check them out great service
The brake service was good and quick. Walk in inspections are good as well. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. Ely helped me today to reinspect my car after the computer was reset. Realty nice. The only downside is that the percentage service fee for using cards is high. Especially for a more expensive repair.…
Very grateful that you helped my son fix his car! Professional staff. Denis was very helpful! Thank you!
Please do not come to this place, a total scam. I went here for a state inspection, they failed me and told me my rear brakes need to be replaced which was going to cost me 400+ dollars. I felt suspicious because my brake sensor light is not on which means my brake is fine. I went to two other mechanic and they…
First review I've ever written. The shop has EXTREMELY unsafe practices. Three lug nuts fell off my wheel within the first 100 miles of service. The owner was non-apologetic, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and made clear that he doesn't care about safety when I told them what happened. "It's only a car"...…
Needed breaks replaced. Dennis was able to deliver day of and was nothing but helpful!
It was great customer service by the gentleman up front. I got my car in a timely manner and there was good communication. However, I received my car back and the drivers area was extremely dirty. There was oil dirt marks on my door handle, steering wheel, the mat had an oily substance that I could not remove with…
Always great professional service done by experienced and trustworthy mechanics. Never disappointed. Great team perfect location! Professionals from different countries, I believe the owner is Arab or a Arab descent, they are really good and honest. 👍😇
This is a fantastic place to get your car checked if needed. They saw me the day I called and the moment I got there, there was someone ready to inspect the issue. They diagnosed the problem and were very honest about pricing and the quality of my car. Both the boss and the mechanic that worked with me were so kind, welcoming, helpful and genuine.
Can’t thank Nick and his team enough. They gave me the best price for the work that needed to be done and stuck to the estimate even though they did additional work.
Great service and welcoming people. No complaints on my end
I went to broadway gas because it’s close to my work after my dealership told me I needed $6,000 of work and they almost convinced me I HAD to buy a new car because it was so bad. These guys did all the work except the things they said I didn’t need, for $2,000. The owner is also very nice and tries hard to…
I love these guys! Nick the owner is very professional and does whatever he can to make my experience a pleasant one. The car is always finished on time and fixed right the first time. Wendall is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic he listens to the customer and diagnosed my brake problem and fixed it without…
I took my car here for it's yearly inspection, which it unfortunately failed due to the brakes needing to be replaced. I called around the area to obtain a few quotes and they also ended up being the least expensive (not by a lot, but might as well save some money). I was able to bring my car back the same day I…
Dennis and Andy will take care of you! I've had my car serviced here many times, including new tires, new brakes, and general maintenance. Always friendly and professional.
Great customer service and mechanics!
The service at Broadway Gas & Automotive Car Care Center is incredible! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results and Dennis will personally make sure you are happy with your car. He would update me on the status of my car, give great recommendations, and check in after the repairs to…
