Mike helped me get stubborn rain stickers off my mirrors during my inspection. Was flexible and helpful. Would recommend!
Honest and straightforward - easy to understand. So lucky to have them in the neighborhood Recommended very highly.
Dennis and his team did a great job with my car. They are professional, kind, and clear. I appreciate their quick and great service!
They were very helpful and good customer service specially MIKE was very helpful.
Dennis and Mike always take good care of my Honda. Thank you!
I’m beyond grateful for this experience at Broadway auto shop. I brought my car for heat issues. Last year, I went thru a rough winter without a heat based on the repair estimate I got which is over $7k so I decided not to do it as it was too much. However, I got the thermostat changed (or assumed I did) but still…
Great service and wonderful people! Denis was really helpful, quickly serviced my car, and answered all of my questions. The state inspection went very quickly and they were super nice and helpful! Thank you!!
I will absolutely avoid this place in the future. Now that I know, I see a lot of other reviewers are saying the same thing, even on other sites. I went in for an inspection, and they tried to tell me I needed brakes. They put an "R" sticker on my car and tried to scare me that it was illegal to drive and I could…
Amazing service, quick and efficient definitely recommend.
I've been going here for years, and they're amazing! Knowledgeable mechanics and services at good prices.
Amazing service as always. Highly recommended!
I had taken my car to two other shops with this issue, both said there was no problem they could find. Took it here and they pointed out several things. No exaggeration, my car drives better than it did when I first got it years ago. And on top of that, they work unbelievably fast. Like I actually literally could…
The team over at Broadway Gas & Auto is our go-to for car maintenance and inspections. They always get us in and out quickly, and at a great price. The guys here have many years of experience and it shows in their honesty, the quality of their work, and the way they approach customer service.
Great work, helpful staff!
Absolutely phenomenal service! Have been here a few times for vehicle inspection/maintenance and have been treated very well each time-- very great prices and very quick service! Staff are very friendly and knowledgable-- Jose in particular has helped me a few times and is great. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!
Rude service!
Amazing service and wonderful customer service… thank you guys. Happy holidays..
Nick is very helpful and price is competitable.
They spent a day diagnosing the problem and it was a subtle problem. They also did extensive work a year earlier because I had let a strut problem persist too long
Great service
Awesome customer service! The team let me know what was wrong with my car right away and were in constant communication with me! Fair prices!!
These guys are the real deal! I’m so grateful for them. I stopped in with a trunk that would not open. Even though they were busy, they made time for me! Hosea persisted in spite of great difficulty and figured out where the jam was. He spent a good hour helping me and when I went to ask what I owed them, I was told…
Excellent service, personable, pleasant, accomodating and professional. They do not have a waiting area so Dennis had Jose drive me home which is about five minutes from the garage. When service was done I was picked up at home. A smooth and painless process. I will be having my regular service done there from now on. I highly recommend them.
I really appreciated the honesty, speed, and technical knowledge made clear in my two transactions with this shop. Friendly customer service; not trying to screw you over, thorough, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back here for future car issues.
Nick and his team provide exceptional service. They work around the clock to fit their customers schedules, have always made time to squeeze me in, and are very fair and honest when it comes to diagnosing/repairing. As a 24 year old woman who is clueless about all things car related, I am so glad to have a local, trustworthy place to go!
Can’t thank Nick and his team enough. They gave me the best price for the work that needed to be done and stuck to the estimate even though they did additional work.
incredible service! went in for a state inspection and they were super speedy and helpful. put in two new lights for me and put on my front plate. great experience, would definitely recommend!
These are my go to guys! Very kind and professional, always feel trustworthy and safe with them! Thank you for all your help and services!
Great service and welcoming people. No complaints on my end
I love these guys! Nick the owner is very professional and does whatever he can to make my experience a pleasant one. The car is always finished on time and fixed right the first time. Wendall is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic he listens to the customer and diagnosed my brake problem and fixed it without…
We first had our inspection done here, and it went quickly and smoothly! We called in the morning and they said we could come right in (we actually went somewhere else first, and they mistakenly told us that we couldn't get our car inspected until we had our license plates even though the RMV told us we needed to…
The team at BGAC were impeccable. Very professional and extremely thorough. I will definitely be back!
Dennis at Broadway Gas made sure I got the best service possible for the lowest price. Quick, easy, helpful and very professional!
The best place, all guys are very good.
I took my car here for it's yearly inspection, which it unfortunately failed due to the brakes needing to be replaced. I called around the area to obtain a few quotes and they also ended up being the least expensive (not by a lot, but might as well save some money). I was able to bring my car back the same day I…
Dennis and Andy will take care of you! I've had my car serviced here many times, including new tires, new brakes, and general maintenance. Always friendly and professional.
Great customer service and mechanics!
I had a broken temperature gauge and a completely dead car. I called in and they were able to take me right away for service. By 6pm, my car was completely fixed and good as new. Dennis and team were incredibly friendly and prompt. They took the time to go through the issues with my vehicle and explain the services…
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dennis and crew 2-3 times over the past month to iron out some repairs for a used pick-up truck I purchased through Carvana. From start-to-finish, these folks were thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly good natured with my tendency to repeatedly check-in for any progress…
The service at Broadway Gas & Automotive Car Care Center is incredible! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results and Dennis will personally make sure you are happy with your car. He would update me on the status of my car, give great recommendations, and check in after the repairs to…
I chose Broadway Gas and Auto because of the excellent reviews on Google, and I wasn't disappointed. I had been putting off maintenance on my car due to the pandemic and of course $$$. I knew I'd have a bit of work I'd need done so I wasn't surprised when I had a list of suggestions from the mechanic and owner. They…
Professional Service & Excellent customer service. Fair pricing & they offer extended warranty that other shops & dealers don’t offer!!
Very helpful company! They have a great manager that has helped get me a good deal on parts and often throws in extra help, cleaning, and diagnosis as well as providing alternatives and letting me know what’s important to get fixed and what can wait. Great service!
Everything was excellent!
