Mike did my inspection, he was great!
Went to get my state inspection for my Tesla. Quick and streamlined process only 10 mins if there’s no line!
Mike was very helpful, as were the others directing traffic and doing payment, took less than 10 minutes
Great service!!!! Number one in Cambridge and Knowledge about cars! They will put you first
Mike was great, once my car was taken back for inspection it took what felt like less than 10min.
Mike and Dennis are terrific. For 2 vehicle inspections, I was in and out in record time, with attention to detail for my cars.
Dennis and his team did a great job with my car. They are professional, kind, and clear. I appreciate their quick and great service!
Mike provided very efficient and kind service
I've been to Broadway Auto a few times for various services. This week I had to get my inspection by the end of the week and had an incident with a broken tail light the day before, so I was in a time crunch and pretty worried. Dennis and the team at Broadway Auto made sure to (a) get the tail light and service…
Mike was truly fantastic! Did an excellent job of state inspection and replacing broken rear windshield wiper
Ask for Mike! Wonderful man
They have terrible customer service. They made me paid for a service I explicitly said I did not want, hit my wife when moving my car, and were generally rude and unprofessional. They did the service quick, but made us wait when we made a drop off appointment. Would not recommend, a liability to even enter their property.
Most reliable and quick place to get your annual inspections.
Highly recommend this spot for your state inspection. They’re organized, honest, and will get you out of there as quick as possible. Everyone here is great. Thanks for doing a good job, Mike!
Got my car inspection done here and Mike was so fast! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
Mike is the best! He did a quick and efficient state inspection on my car. He also helped me replace my windshield wipers, which I had new but had forgot to install. Super easy, efficient process, and Mike was so friendly and skilled!

Mike did a quick efficient job with the inspection
Mike did a great job with my inspection!
Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Mike, I particular, was incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Unsolicited, he helped attach my license plate. I strongly recommend Broadway Gas Automotive Car Care and will definitely be back for any/all auto needs.
The car inspection process was a breeze with the help of Mike! He also notified me about my rear windshield wipers' rubber being gone. Luckily they sell those here too! 👍
Mike was very friendly and prompt for my state inspection, and even went above and beyond to clean up the messy adhesive from the old sticker. Thank you Mike!
I went to get a yearly inspection. I entered the shop waiting area. The owner , that is always at the cash register is rude. I don’t know if it’s just me, but he seems very-standoffish and unfriendly . When my inspection was done , I heard him say I’m all set but there was also another person in the waiting area ,…
Jose was great! I was done in 10 minutes
I will be a customer of broadway until the day I leave the Boston area! Dennis went above and beyond for me when I got a used car from a dealership that I later found out sold it to me in an unsafe driving condition and $1600 of work needed. He offered to get on the phone with the dealership to convince them to sign…

I want to thank Dennis and his team for a flawless experience in getting a rmv inspection. Dennis's "beachmaster ", who did a great job in directing and positioning vehicles during a rather busy morning , was extremely friendly and professional in his dealing with customer flow while i was waiting for the inspection…
Stopped in for a state inspection and the experience was good. Denis & the team was kind, and everything was quick and efficient.
Dennis, Jack & team at Broadway Gas have provided great break and body work for my 2011 Honda CRV. The team has transparent communication, efficient service, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Broadway Gas to anyone in the Somerville area looking for car service.
This local automotive shop is the BEST in Cambridge! As many other pros they offer a rapid inspection and very high level of professionalism! Do consider this place! :)

Great Customer Service experience, with myself and witnessed with other guest. Will definitely return!
For an auto repair shop, this is one of the best experiences I have had. I’ve been coming here for nearly 3 years. They are polite and extremely professional. They serviced my car within 2 hours and gave me a full overview and expectations prior to working on the vehicle. I’m very happy with my experience and would…

I got a state inspection completed by Nick and it was so easy and efficient! And what a convenient location. I will be back next year for my next state inspection!
Great and friendly service, will come again
I had taken my car to two other shops with this issue, both said there was no problem they could find. Took it here and they pointed out several things. No exaggeration, my car drives better than it did when I first got it years ago. And on top of that, they work unbelievably fast. Like I actually literally could…
Got my state inspection here for the second year in a row. They were fast, polite, and professional. They also take cards which not all state inspection places do. Recommend!

Good communication and fast and friendly service.
Quick 10’ for a state inspection, in and out. Chairs in the shade while you wait and a clean reception area. Pro tip: do your inspection beginning of the month for no wait!

The team over at Broadway Gas & Auto is our go-to for car maintenance and inspections. They always get us in and out quickly, and at a great price. The guys here have many years of experience and it shows in their honesty, the quality of their work, and the way they approach customer service.
Have been getting my car serviced at Broadway Gas for 4 years - Nick and Dennis are honest, take time to explain what’s going on with the car, and always deliver repairs in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend

smooth process.
Eli was super helpful and very nice, customer service was 10/10!
Our experience getting the inspection was very easy and efficient. Eli, who helped us, also told us about an issue we need to get checked and was very informative about it.
The inspection itself was quick (less than 10 minutes), but I was probably waiting for a total of 45-60 minutes because there was only one guy doing inspections and there were 3-4 cars ahead of mine when I got there.
Eli was very nice :)
Great experience and nicest people. I usually find very rude people when doing state inspection, but these guys were the best. Definitely coming back.
quick, easy, painless, and everyone was super friendly! they also took off the stickers i had been trying to get off for months!!
Great local spot for an inspection or some minor auto support, ask for Nick!

I had a great experience! very nice and helpful
I’ve been coming to Broadway for years. They are a fast, reliable and honest shop. The service reminds me of the way repair shops used to treat customers. If you’re looking for straight answers and honest work done quick, give these guys a call.
Super quick inspection, thanks Eli! Highly recommend! I get gas here all the time and all the people that work here are very kind and professional.
Service was quick, people were kind and helpful
This business is a rip off! Do not go here. I went to Broadway Gas for a MA state inspection on 12/12/22 with a used 2008 Subaru Outback which I had purchased from an automotive dealer in Rhode Island who I really trust. The RI dealer had the vehicle fully inspected before I finalized the purchase and it passed, of…
